Please review these terms carefully before shipping. They outline customs responsibilities, inspections, liabilities, and refund considerations.
All shipments accepted by Go TC Logistics are subject to the applicable rules and regulations of both local and international customs authorities. Such regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
The sender bears full responsibility for providing complete and accurate information required for customs clearance. This includes, but is not limited to:
Go TC Logistics and/or its designated forwarding partners reserve the right to open and inspect any parcel without prior notice for reasons relating to safety, regulatory compliance, or other legitimate purposes.
Due to ongoing geopolitical developments and evolving customs regulations, duties, taxes, and related requirements are subject to change. Any such additional costs imposed by customs authorities shall be borne solely by the sender. Go TC Logistics shall not be liable for these charges.
Customs duties and tax rates vary by destination country and are determined by the internal regulations of each jurisdiction. Go TC Logistics shall not be held responsible for any excess duties, taxes, or charges levied by the destination country. The sender remains fully responsible for their payment.
Go TC Logistics shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or the seizure of goods under any circumstances.
If a shipment is destroyed or seized by customs at the destination, the sender shall bear all costs related to the destruction process as required by the relevant customs authority. If the parcel is eligible for return to the country of origin, all return freight and applicable import duties shall be at the sender's expense.
Go TC Logistics shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to fragile items (e.g., glass, mirrors, ceramics, Popmart items, and wooden products), loss or alteration of electronic or photographic data, or defects inherent to the goods themselves. Go TC Logistics also assumes no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties not contracted by Go TC Logistics, including shippers, recipients, clients, customs officers, or government authorities.
Events of Force Majeure, including natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, epidemics, embargoes, and labor disruptions, are expressly excluded from liability.
If the sender requests to cancel a shipment after confirmation and payment, Go TC Logistics reserves the right to decline any refund or compensation. However, reasonable efforts will be made to return the goods to the sender at their expense, including any applicable storage fees.
By proceeding with a shipment, you acknowledge and accept these terms on behalf of Go TC Logistics.
